Taking time to consider what I want to run I have the following ideas:
1. The Viking saga - a group of Norse who could head east or west (Byzantium or Britain) using the Legend system. This would be akin to the Celt campaign in that the combat and world would seem more real. No abstract wealth and the heroes 'believe' in the supernatural which may or may not exist.
2. The Deadwood style western - using Dust Devils, the players are new arrivals in an illegal town and they decide the future progress of the city until the law catches up.
